The audience will largely constitute of the faculty and staff of the university.

As part of our continued efforts to promote safe, healthy, and socially secure workplaces in India, a significant engagement was undertaken in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, focusing on the Adoption of Zero Accident Vision (ZAV) for individuals and industries.

High-Level Consultation with the Labour Department

On 16 December 2025, a detailed meeting was held with Mr. Himshikhar Gupta, IAS, Special Secretary to the Government of Chhattisgarh, Labour Department, at his chamber. Despite his demanding schedule during the ongoing Vidhan Sabha session, Mr. Gupta graciously took time to engage in an in-depth discussion. The meeting was also attended by senior officials from ESIC, Raipur.

A Safety, Health Awareness cum Capacity Building Program was conducted today at Raj Bhawan Govt. Upper Primary School, Unit–8, Bhubaneswar, with the objective of sensitizing young students on safety, health, and responsible behavior.

The program was chaired by Shri Bijay Patnaik, Former Chief Secretary, Govt. of Odisha, who emphasized the importance of instilling safety values in children from an early age. The school authorities, led by Headmistress Smt. Sanjukta Sarangi and teachers, extended full support in making the program a success.

Awareness-cum-Capacity Building Training on OSH & SS with Zero Accident Vision
On 8th August 2025, IISWBM, Kolkata, hosted a special Awareness-cum-Capacity Building Training programme for students and faculty from schools, colleges, and universities, aiming to nurture future leaders of tomorrow. The session focused on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and Safety Standards (SS), promoting a Zero Accident Vision in workplaces. Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants were empowered with knowledge and skills to champion safe, sustainable, and accident-free environments in their future professional journeys.

District Level Awareness –Cum-Capacity Building Programme on Safety Health and Social Security with Focus on Zero Accident Vision (ZAV) for Industries of Jajpur District on 23rd December 2025 @ Jindal Stainless Limited With Support of District Administration, District Labour Machinery Jajpur & IGFP India, hosted a special Awareness-cum-Capacity Building Training programme for students and faculty from schools, colleges, and universities, aiming to nurture future leaders of tomorrow. The session focused on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and Safety Standards (SS), promoting a Zero Accident Vision in workplaces. Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants were empowered with knowledge and skills to champion safe, sustainable, and accident-free environments in their future professional journeys.

A Road Safety poster, conceived by IGFP, was released. Later, the audience trooped out to take a collective pledge of the Ten Commandments and signed on the Road Safety Pledge Banner, led by the Transport Commissioner.
